Each project receives a board layout for accuracy and ease of installation. We also offer complete mechanical design services as an additional option.
Design Services
We offer both a CAD panel layout service and a complete system design service. Virtually all projects select our panel layout service with some choosing a full turnkey system mechanical design and specification.
Panel Layout Service
Our CAD layout service includes the location of radiant boards, tubing, and manifold locations. We highly recommended this for easy installation, saving hours of labor for inexperienced installers.
The layout will include:
- Plan view of tubing and board layout.
- Straight and Transitional panel design.
- Manifold location or locations in consultation with you and your project.
We will provide you a quote for the layout and a contract from our layout service. We can use .dwg CAD files or a PDF file. Our plan service will call you to discuss manifold locations, zoning, and orientation of hardwood floors.
